本服務收集得來的資料乃源於服務使用者/瀏覽者自願提供。在未得到服務使用者同意時，資料除用作有關慈善籌款、本服務其他指定活動用途、以及法律上、裁判上或政府審查上有需要以外，本服務絕不會向外披露任何個人資料。
獲悉個人資料的人士，限於本服務在工作上有關的職員，本服務職員在需要時亦只會向下列有關方面披露該等資料： - 任何向本服務提供服務而該等服務與我們服務運作有關的任何第三方服務供應商。而我們與任何第三方分享個人資料，我們會採取合理措施確保第三方明白及遵守適用的個人資料保障條例，適當保存我們所分享的個人資料。

Basic Statement
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Youth and Community Service of Caritas – Hong Kong (“our Service”) has adopted the following policies to safeguard the user’s personal data and is committed to protecting its confidentiality. Purpose of Collection
Our Service will handle your Service request and donation according to your provided personal data. You may decline to provide our Service with the requested personal data, but in such case our Service may not handle your request accordingly due to insufficient information.
